The project embraces a timeless, minimalist aesthetic defined by the seamless flow between indoors and outdoors, an abundance of natural light, and the use of premium materials such as stone, large-format porcelain, and wood.
The residence is distributed across four floors, combining social areas that open onto the garden, family suites, and spaces dedicated to wellness and leisure. Zentrum developed the comprehensive interior design and furnishing, creating a serene and enveloping atmosphere through a warm palette and a carefully curated selection of design pieces.
